I use Declaree by Mobilexpense to declare and claim expenses. It makes it easier to load pictures from mobile. Initially, it might feel a bit cumbersome, but once I got the hang of it, it became easier and no intervention is needed. I focus on declaring expenses and submitting or claiming duty travel.
