What do you like best about Mobile Message?

Finding a messaging platform that isn't overly complicated is really refreshing. Because I work in IT, I appreciate a clean interface and a straightforward setup. Getting our SMS campaigns ready and sent out only takes a few minutes, and the delivery rates have been igood. It’s very intuitive, meaning you don't have to waste time reading through manuals to figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mobile Message?

I haven't run into any major roadblocks so far. It does exactly what it promises. It would always be nice to see some more advanced scheduling or reporting features added down the track, but for our current needs, it's doing well. A mobile app would be great too;. What problems is Mobile Message solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a fast, fuss-free way to communicate without having to train staff on complex software. Mobile Message solved this simply because of how user-friendly it is. The main benefit for us is the amount of time we're saving each week—we just log in, send the messages, and get on with our day. We also use their API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
