What do you like best about MLeads?

I’ve tried multiple CRMs before, but MLeads stands out for its simplicity and power. The business card scanning, email campaigns, and automated follow-up features are incredibly helpful. I love that I can manage both leads and events in one platform without switching tools. The mobile app is a bonus – I can scan business cards right at trade shows and follow up instantly. What do you dislike about MLeads?

MLeads is a feature-rich platform, but there are areas where improvement would enhance the user experience. The reporting and analytics features could benefit from more customization and visualization options, such as drag-and-drop dashboards or graphical insights. Improved integration support with third-party tools like CRMs and marketing platforms would also be a great addition for scaling businesses. What problems is MLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?

MLeads has significantly streamlined how I capture, organize, and follow up with leads—especially at events and networking sessions. Before using it, I struggled with managing business cards, manually entering contact data, and forgetting to follow up in time.
