What do you like best about Mixpanel?

Simple easy interface that is quick to learn and good for a small team just launching a product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mixpanel?

Predatory pricing model if you start to grow they treat you like a prisoner. We were charged a $25,000 overage for a single month but offer a way to avoid it by signing up to a nearly $100k annual contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mixpanel:

Don't let your devs sign any annual contracts and review the fine print so you understand if and when you can get hit with "overage" charges which are completely unreasonable and designed to give them leverage to effectively force you into bigger upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mixpanel solving and how is that benefiting you?

When you are small it is a quick and easy to use integration for mobile audience BI. It helped with daily analysis of our growing app audience, churn, troubleshooting, trend analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
