What do you like best about Mixpanel?

I like being able to investigate a specific user action instead of treating every visit as the same kind of activity. It makes the data more useful when we're trying to understand what is working and where the experience could improve. I can focus on a particular question and explore the behavior behind it. What do you dislike about Mixpanel?

We had to clarify some tracking requirements early in the project because the initial understanding wasn't exactly what we needed. That created a little extra back-and-forth before we could focus on the right events. Defining the important user actions more clearly at the outset would have made the process easier. What problems is Mixpanel solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to understand what users were doing inside our digital experience rather than relying on broad traffic and activity numbers. Mixpanel helps us examine engagement patterns, follow user journeys, and identify points where people may be abandoning a process.
