What do you like best about Mixmax?

With the appointments and read receipts feature, I'm pretty much always on top of engagement and following up. I feel a bit creepy, but I know that with the barrage of emails in people's inboxes, a little nudge can be helpful for important things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mixmax?
