Scheduling is very easy and I like that it connects to my inbox so I can see how many times someone opened my emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Searching for a recipient within a sequence is difficult. I end up having to exit out of the app and reopen it because it won't leave the search bar even after I clear it. I also would like to see a differentiation in the outbox between new first emails being sent and ones that are stages within a sequence already. This would help me see how many new contacts I'm reaching out to in a day. Also would be helpful to be able to change stages of a sequence from manual to automatic once people are in there. On accident, I made a sequence manual and added recipients and there is no way to change that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to quit and reopen just to clear a search is a bug, not a quirk — we've passed it to our support team along with the manual-to-automatic problem, which sounds like a corner you shouldn't be able to get stuck in. Your outbox idea has gone to the product team; someone else asked for the same thing this month.
