I like that Mixmax saves me time on repetitive tasks, especially when I’m handling sales emails—both inbound and outbound. It genuinely improves my efficiency day to day. I also enjoy using the templates; they’re very helpful for speeding things up and keeping my outreach consistent. The Smart Send is also a great feature that let's me plan long-term and get me a head on the week. The AI is also useful when refining messages. Overall, the user interface is easy to understand. I have it integrated in my Gmail and will look into integrating it into other apps. On top of that, the initial Mixmax setup was easy, which was a nice surprise.
