TAP is a easy to use, drag & drop workflow builder great for process owners who have little to no experience in coding. We use it for several intake use cases in our legal department. The tool makes it easy for our business colleagues to access the status of all requests they submit to our department. TAP workflows are highly customizable & configurable and the tool is ideal for agile & quick implementations. The user interface is not as modern & intuitive as some startups. Also, I believe that reporting and AI modules don't come with our base module but can be purchased as additional modules.
