What do you like best about Mitratech TalentReef?

Most helpful - the ability to repost jobs within minutes so that they are refreshed on our job boards! The scheduling interview interface is also super easy to use. Jenn our service rep is also amazing! She has helped resolve many of the cases that we've submitted and customer service closes. She is also super supportive and super responsive! What do you dislike about Mitratech TalentReef?

The service provided by the customer service team working on tickets, many times our tickets have been closed without resolution. The delay in getting responses is also really delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
