I like the simplicity of the Mitel Phone. The physical hardware is very easy to use and is straightforward enough for training new hires. Even the operator consoles, which can be more complex, are basic and intuitive. I appreciate the fact that we can choose between using a physical console or a digital version on a computer screen, which provides flexibility. The system is overwhelmingly intuitive and has been pretty reliable, with very few glitches. It's the lifeblood of our dealerships, so reliability is critical, and Mitel Phone delivers well. Well, because the system is aging, the Mitel Phone could use an upgrade within its reporting software. Sometimes the reporting seems a little bit dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
