What do you like best about Missive?

What I like best about Missive is that my team and I can leave private comments right inside email threads. It helps us stay organized, see the status of each email at a glance, and keep better track of everything.

What do you dislike about Missive?

If there’s one thing I’d say I dislike about Missive, it’s that it was a little confusing when I first started using it, especially how emails go directly to the group or organization inboxes. It took me some time to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly, it keeps our emails organized and makes it easy to keep track of every conversation. That matters a lot for our sales team, since we talk to so many leads and things can get confusing fast.
