The onboarding and renewal experience has been solid, with helpful reps who advocate for your cause and work with you to meet your budget. The captures are speedy, crisp and interactive resulting in no downtime whatsoever. We’ve also had a good experience with our end users, since the interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
