Mirro helps me request Leave & Attendance in a second. You have 3 options, request paid holiday, work away or even flexi time - work extra hours or recover time you didn't work (from 1h above). You can give or receive Kudos or feedback - a great way to communicate to someone how much you appreciate them and their work or give/receive a constructive feedback.
