"An intuitive tool that helps ideas flow and teams collaborate effortlessly"
What do you like best about Miro?

What I appreciate most is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The tool lets me set aside any concerns about its mechanics and concentrate entirely on my ideas. Rather than disrupting my creative process, it actually enhances it—my thoughts are able to flow smoothly, free from friction or distraction. It truly feels like a space where I can think, organize, and explore ideas without anything hindering my inspiration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

One aspect that could use enhancement is the way tables are handled. Since I frequently work with data, I need to paste and visually organize information to analyze it and determine my next steps. Unfortunately, Miro’s current table functionality feels too limited for these needs, so I often find myself switching to Excel whenever I deal with structured data. If Miro improved its table and data management features, it would become an even more valuable tool for my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Navigation and Responsiveness Make Miro Stand Out"
What do you like best about Miro?

I previously used Whimsical, but there were certain UX and UI elements that I really disliked. Miro addressed those issues perfectly for me. What stood out most were the shortcuts, navigation, and overall platform responsiveness, which I found much better than other software I had tried. Overall, Miro was very easy to use. I never needed to contact customer support or watch any tutorials to figure things out. From the moment I signed up, I was able to use it exactly as I intended. I now use it regularly for tasks ranging from brainstorming workflows visually to building visuals client in a way that makes data comprehensible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

In my opinion, the AI feature still has room for improvement. Whenever I have used it, I often found that handling tasks manually produced better results. However, I do expect this aspect to get better with time, so it isn't a deal-breaker for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Collaboration Tool That Inspires Creativity and Teamwork"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is one of those tools that I genuinely enjoy using on a daily basis. It has become an essential part of both our structured team processes and more creative, informal collaboration moments.

I especially love using Miro for sprint review meetings. It makes it very easy to visualize progress, structure discussions, and keep everyone aligned. The flexibility of the board allows us to adapt it to different sprint formats and team needs without feeling constrained.

Miro is also my go-to tool for user flow creation. Drawing flows feels intuitive and fast, and it helps a lot when explaining ideas to stakeholders or collaborating closely with developers and other designers. Being able to iterate directly on the board together makes the process much more efficient and engaging.

For refinement meetings, Miro works extremely well as a shared thinking space. We can break down requirements, add notes, ask questions, and visually organize information in a way that supports clear discussions and better decision-making.

Beyond structured meetings, I also really enjoy using Miro just for fun with my design team. Whether it’s brainstorming, sketching ideas, or experimenting with concepts, it creates a relaxed and playful environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

One of the strongest aspects of Miro for me is the layouts and templates. They are well-designed, visually clear, and very practical. The templates often give a great starting point and save time, while the layouts help keep boards organized even when they become complex.

Overall, Miro feels like a tool that truly understands how modern teams work. It supports collaboration, creativity, and structure all at the same time, which is why it’s something I always look forward to using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

"Miro usage from a energy professional utilising agile ways of working"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro has several benefits that I both utilise or have engaged with. First I utilise miro to plan out my quarters work. Currently, I work in an agile way of working where our quarters are broken down into 2 week sprints. THis requires a lot of pre planning sessions where we use Miro to plot our initiatives and how we will achieve them. I likely use Miro at least weekly however have often used it daily. Generally Miro is easy to implement into our processes. Since using Miro it has gone through several updaes. Initially I was not a fan of the system however it has greatly improved and has become a useful tool in my arsenal. I have not had to experience using the customer support so cannot comment on this, however this in itself would be a testement to Miro's reliability. The software is also easy to integrate via the useful AI tools. I have used this to plot out flow charts whcih has saved time and eliminated the tedious work of plotting out the arrows and boxes. This has enabled me to focus my time on refining the content and not have to worry so much on the formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

My main dislike about miro is some of the mouse inputs. Having to use the right hand button rather the initiutive left to click and drag takes some time to readjust too. This does not majorly disprute my work however is an annoyance as this goes against most other conventional input controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visually Organize Ideas with Ease and Flexibility"
What do you like best about Miro?

Visually displaying all ideas (good and bad, big and small) on a manageable platform. Ability to move these notes around, group them by theme, add emojis and further notes. Really like that you can add a document style now so you don't have to keep referring to another window when creating a board. Love that you can select multiple notes and drag them to create space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Sometimes the arrow, linking two post it notes is not easy to use. The templates have not been useful for me. I would like more colours of post its. Easier and clearer shortcuts for copy and pasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and User-Friendly Platform"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is flexible and easy to use. I appreciate that you can collaborate with others right away, without needing to give everyone an introduction or a "how-to" guide first. The main functions are quite self-explanatory, making it simple for anyone to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

At times, it can feel overwhelming, especially if you have managed many boards and collaborations. Getting a clear overview isn't always straightforward, and sharing boards with other users can be a bit challenging since the share button is somewhat hidden. "Effortless Collaboration and Engaging Retrospectives with Miro"
What do you like best about Miro?

What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration and feedback. It allows multiple teams—design, product, and frontend—to work together on the same board in real time or asynchronously.

The visual nature of Miro is especially helpful for design and product reviews, as it’s easy to leave contextual comments, organize ideas, and track feedback without long back-and-forth conversations.

I also really like how effective it is for sprint retrospectives—features like sticky notes, grouping, and voting make retros more engaging and help the team quickly identify action items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Based on my regular use, there isn’t much to dislike. Miro generally works well for our needs and provides a smooth experience for collaboration, design feedback, and sprint retrospectives. Any minor limitations we encounter are usually situational rather than product issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Collaboration and Creativity with Miro"
What do you like best about Miro?

I love Miro's intuitive, flexible canvas — it makes collaboration effortless. The real-time editing, extensive templates, and easy-to-use sticky notes and widgets help teams visualize ideas quickly and iterate faster. Miro integrates well with our tools and keeps everyone aligned, whether we’re brainstorming, mapping workflows, or running workshops. Overall, it significantly boosts creativity and productivity across distributed teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Overall I’m very pleased with Miro, but if I had to mention one area for improvement it would be performance on very large boards — occasionally the app can feel a bit slow when many users and elements are active. I’d love to see continued optimizations for load times and responsiveness, plus more advanced filtering and organizational tools to help manage complex, high-density boards. These improvements would make an already excellent collaboration platform feel even smoother and more scalable for enterprise use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clutter-Free UI Makes Idea Jotting Effortless with iPad app making life easier"
What do you like best about Miro?

I am someone who loves to jot down ideas regularly. I have tried other softwares too but I just got stuck with miro. The UI is clutter free, I dont seeing too many options here and there, it hampers my work. The ability of having everything on a single platform, from tables to flows to docs. It helps me keep everything at a place, like single source of truth for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

I never used Kanban, I didnt get the purpose of that. Miro is more like a planning and mapping tool for me. Kanban I have used in Notion and other apps. Other than that Slides is something which I dont want personally, I dont use it anyways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Early Ideas into Actionable Plans Effortlessly"
What do you like best about Miro?

What I like best about Miro is how well it turns messy, early-stage thinking into something shared and actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

A few things I dislike about Miro—especially once you use it a lot:

Performance on large boards

Big, long-lived boards can get sluggish. Scrolling, zooming, or selecting objects sometimes lags, which breaks flow during live sessions.

Board sprawl and discoverability

Important content can get “lost in the canvas.” Without strict discipline, boards turn into junk drawers that are hard to navigate later.

Permission and sharing complexity

Sharing settings aren’t always intuitive, and it’s easy to accidentally give too much (or too little) access—especially across teams or external collaborators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
