What stands out to me about Miro is the flexibility of its canvas when working through application architecture and complex workflows. I can map service dependencies, organize API-related components, document payment lifecycles, and connect different stages of a system without having to maintain separate diagrams or scattered notes. The ability to arrange elements freely, use connectors, and maintain different sections within one board makes technical planning considerably easier. I also appreciate being able to revisit the same board as the architecture evolves rather than recreating documentation for every change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navigation can become less convenient as boards grow in size and accumulate multiple diagrams, connectors, and supporting notes. Finding a particular section sometimes requires additional zooming and repositioning, especially when working across a large architecture board. Performance can also become less responsive when handling particularly dense boards. Better navigation controls and more consistent performance on complex canvases would improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
