What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes real-time collaboration. My team can brainstorm, map out processes and give feedback on the same board no matter where we are. The infinite canvas gives us room to organize ideas without feeling cramped, and the templates save a lot of setup time. The interface is clean and intuitive, so new team members pick it up within minutes. It also integrates well with the tools we already use, and I use it for workshops, flowcharts and client presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My main complaint is that performance can slow down on very large boards with lots of content and many people editing at once. The interface has also become busier as new features were added, so finding some advanced options takes time. Pricing can add up for larger teams, and the free plan’s limits on boards are restrictive. The mobile app is fine for viewing, but I wouldn’t build or reorganize a board on it.
