What I like best about Miro is its flexibility and ease of use. It provides a shared space where teams can brainstorm, organize ideas, plan projects, and collaborate without confusion. The ready-to-use templates save a lot of time, while features like sticky notes, flowcharts, diagrams, and real-time collaboration make it easier to turn ideas into actionable plans. I also appreciate that everything is visually organized, making discussions and teamwork more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I feel could be improved in Miro is the overall navigation, especially when working on multiple boards and projects. Sometimes finding specific elements or managing a large workspace takes extra time. The learning curve can also be a bit challenging for first-time users because of the number of available features. Additionally, some advanced features could be more accessible in the lower-tier plans. Apart from these minor limitations, my overall experience has been good.
