Miro has become an essential visual hub for our team and consistently delivers across the board. The UI/UX feels intuitive, and the infinite canvas makes visual mapping and brainstorming effortless. Its top-tier integrations with Figma, Jira, and Slack also keep our workflows aligned and in sync. Even during heavy real-time collaboration, performance stays fast and essentially lag-free.
The massive template library makes onboarding smooth and straightforward, and Miro AI significantly speeds up synthesis by clustering stickies and auto-generating diagrams. Overall, the time we save on planning and team alignment translates into an excellent pricing ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Miro is that performance can start to lag when boards get extremely large or crowded, especially with high-res assets and lots of active users. On top of that, navigating very large boards can feel overwhelming, particularly for external stakeholders or new users who aren’t familiar with the layout. I also find that managing license allocations and board-sharing permissions takes extra care, since it’s easy to accidentally trigger seat upgrades or grant access to the entire canvas when you only meant to share a specific section.
