The feature of Miro that I prefer most is the infinite canvas. Being a developer, I use it for almost all my activities such as team meetings, sprint planning, brainstorming and creating architecture and flow diagrams all in the same place rather than having them spread out over various documents and tools. The interface is clean and easy to understand, meaning that new members are able to begin contributing within minutes without any need for training. Even when the boards are busy, the real time collaboration works smoothly and all participants can see the changes as they occur. Because of the availability of templates and sticky notes, it's easy to quickly organise a session, which helps our team save a great deal of preparation time each week. One big issue that I have with Miro is that big boards tend to be messy and slow, especially when there are lots of frames, pictures, and contributors working together at the same time. It is not easy to locate an item on a large board even when using the search function and frames. The pricing policy is another concern since some of the more sophisticated capabilities, including some of the AI capabilities, are only available on the higher tiers of pricing, which adds up as a company gets bigger.
