"A Powerful Visual Collaboration Tool for Developers and Marketing Strategists"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Miro?

The best part about Miro is that all of the processes of brainstorming, strategic planning, wireframing, and teamwork are gathered in one visual environment. As a developer and marketer strategist, I apply Miro to prepare marketing campaigns, organize my thoughts, discuss strategies with other colleagues, and create wireframes before starting development. The Sticky Notes tool is extremely helpful for brainstorming and structuring all ideas into a plan of action. Moreover, I find it quite useful to be able to take advantage of the AI tools of Miro, including Sidekick, and research my ideas and organize them properly. Also, I highly appreciate the opportunity to work together with other people during various meetings and workshops where all participants can provide their ideas. Since I participated in Miro community workshops, I can now say that I know more about the right way to use Miro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Another thing I don’t like about Miro is that the workspace can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re working on large boards packed with wireframes, Sticky Notes, diagrams, and brainstorming content. In those situations, it can take a while to locate specific information and keep everything organized, particularly when several people are collaborating at the same time. Some of the more advanced features, including the AI tools, also come with a learning curve and may take time to get used to—especially for beginners who don’t have prior experience with visual collaboration software. I also wish the free version offered more flexibility, since certain advanced features and collaboration options require an upgrade. Overall, I still think Miro is an excellent tool for collecting ideas, but it could be improved in terms of board navigation, performance on big boards, and AI onboarding.
