What do you like best about Miro?

I like how easy Miro makes it to turn complex ideas into a visual workspace. I used it to create a cloud architecture diagram, map an incident-response workflow, and organize action items on one board. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and being able to keep diagrams, notes, workflows, and tasks together makes it easier to understand and organize a technical problem. What do you dislike about Miro?

For larger boards, it can take some time to keep everything organized and avoid the canvas becoming crowded. Some of the more advanced options also take a little exploration to understand. What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro helps me organize technical information that would otherwise be spread across diagrams, notes, and task lists. I used it to bring a cloud architecture, an incident scenario, the response workflow, and follow-up actions into one visual workspace.
