I really like the community on Miro that offers support in real time, which is very helpful. The infinite board with all the necessary tools is great, and the inclusion plan makes it accessible to everyone. I also find the AI tool incredibly useful for creating what I want, along with features like sticky notes, tables, and frames. It was a bit confusing as a first-time user, especially when I tried to walk through the steps to host my first event. I found the written content guiding me hard to follow, and I couldn't find a video tutorial on YouTube. A full video guideline for new ambassadors would be helpful. The initial setup of Miro wasn't really easy the first time, and although it was my fault for the lack of turnout at my event, I plan to adjust my strategy for future meetups.
