"Miro turned our messy team meetings into actual decisions"

What do you like best about Miro?

As a developer and marketing strategist, I’m constantly juggling wireframes, user flows, and team alignment, and Miro handles all three without forcing me to use a separate tool for each one.

The drag-and-drop wireframing is fast and intuitive, but the real game changer for me is Miro’s AI assistant, Sidekick. I tell it what I need, and it builds the board structure for me, so I can focus on refining instead of starting from scratch. That alone saves me a ton of setup time before every team meeting.

Miro also feels different in interactive meetings. Everyone is on the same canvas in real time, which means decisions get made during the meeting, not after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

The AI capabilities are useful, but they still feel like they have room to grow. Sidekick is a solid foundation, and I’d love to see it handle more complex prompts and deliver sharper outputs over time. What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to Miro, working across development and marketing required switching between tools all the time – one for wireframing, another for flowcharts, and something else entirely for team discussions. Ideas were lost in translation between tools and follow-up threads.

Miro put it all on one canvas. Now my team aligns, builds and decides in the same place, which has cut down noticeably on the back-and-forth after every meeting and made the hand-off between design thinking and execution much cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
