Sticky notes, connectors, frames, and templates make it quick to move from brainstorming to an organised flow, while sharing a board helps collaborators understand the plan without a long meeting. My main friction is that large boards can become visually crowded, especially when several people add content at once. New collaborators sometimes need a short orientation before they understand frames, navigation, and where to contribute.
