The flexible canvas is what I value most. I use Miro to turn messy ideas into clear automation maps, event plans, and workshop boards. Sticky notes, connectors, frames, and templates make it quick to move from brainstorming to an organised flow, while sharing a board helps collaborators understand the plan without a long meeting. My main friction is that large boards can become visually crowded, especially when several people add content at once. New collaborators sometimes need a short orientation before they understand frames, navigation, and where to contribute. Clearer first-time guidance and easier board clean-up would make workshop facilitation smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
