I also really appreciate the extensive library of pre-built templates; it saves a ton of time when we need to brainstorm or plan fast. The smart diagramming tools and sticky note clustering stand out, making it easy to structure ideas and run design reviews. Plus, the setup was super straightforward; we could invite team members with just a link and everyone got up to speed without needing much training. Large boards can become sluggish and experience performance lag when there are too many objects or media files. The pricing model for full-feature tiers can also be steep for small teams. For performance, especially when mapping out extensive system architectures, Miro could introduce lazy loading for heavy assets or an optimized rendering mode to reduce lag during panning. Regarding pricing, a flexible, usage-based model or a 'micro-team' tier bridging the gap between free and starter would be much more accessible for small project groups of 2-5 people.
