1) Sometimes, we have to face delays in getting our queries answered.

2) Sign-in feature for users/customers is not available. All communication happens over email or phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Offers a complete package of solutions and services in the industry of hotel property management.

2) Offers dynamic changes in price tiers (of rooms and other services) depending on demand and supply. It is one of the best features that Mirage offers.
