What do you like best about MIPRO?

MIPRO seems to attract very personable and driven people who can relate to the client and their needs. In addition to a business relationship there were friendships developed along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MIPRO?

I am truly unable to think of any downsides at all when it comes to the experience I had with MIPRO. As a note, I was not involved in the selection process so I am unable to comment on contractual arrangements but I personnaly did not hear any complaints in that area. What problems is MIPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?

MIPRO took me through the process of implementing PeopleSoft Lease Administration at the company where I work. Being a Senior Business Analyst in the MIS department, going through this process and working closely with Steven Brenner (the consultant from MIPRO) was very helpful in understanding how the module worked so that I would be prepared to offer support to the end users in the future. The module addressed the need but MIPRO's professional strengths and attention to detail, as well as Steven's expertise, definitely made this project the best I have been involved with in my 15 years as an analyst. This resulted in the meeting of a four month implementation timeline with every need addressed along the way and all with Steven working exclusively offsite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
