What do you like best about MioSalon?

MioSalon is a software that has a very well designed interface, is intuitive, so no learning curve is required, even inexperienced users, is very easy to configure and use, with respect to its operation allows the management of administrative processes of beauty salons, providing the ability to automate the operation of the reception and daily activities such as appointments, online reservations, billing, customer tracking, staff, inventory management, additionally has a system that generates alerts or reminders, among other highlights we have recurring appointments, rental management of booths or chairs, employees and inventories, payroll, on the other hand allows storage in the database of customer profiles and in addition to billing, all this makes it a very comprehensive and robust program. What do you dislike about MioSalon?

Excellent tool, only I would like that it could be added more personalization with respect to that in the account of user could be visualized the logo of our saloon, as well as in the invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MioSalon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has offered us the possibility of implementing a new methodology of more organizational work, having more control and monitoring of the products of inventories, as well as of the quality of the services and even the fulfillment of schedules on the part of the employees, reason why we have increased our levels, we are more efficient and productive in addition to which the clients have shown us pleasantly their index of satisfaction since it was put in march the implementation of this software.
