It is a fairly intuitive software, according to its relative functions that acquire tools that are in charge of automatically tracking time, of each task that is established within an organization, which allows to deeply visualize the process that each member executes, in order to determine its slowdown, and promote a more focused improvement in productivity, in order to promote a more controversial scope in the development carried out by each employee, belonging to a particular company. Although it is a software that is dedicated to managing the time that an individual performs in executing a particular job, we can mention that it does not present functions that are of high importance for these kinds of systems that are responsible for promoting better agility in the areas of production individually, which is the administration of the control of hours, which these people promote, to calculate their extra work and compensate it, or determine the opposite. I love the organization that comes with Minute7. It's easy to track how much time is spent on each task and look back weeks later to see how much time/when that task was completed.

I love the calendar option of easily going back and forth to different dates to easily find things!

The timer could be updated a little more!

The "Quick Add" and filtering Customers and Service can be a little confusing and repetitive. Perhaps adding titles of what each one is, it could be easier to understand.

They've really updated it from the older version but it can be frustrating that it sometimes sends you to the old site with a timer set to redirect you to the new version.

I wish the times were set to actual times (ex: If I say I worked on something for 15 minutes, it shows up in Minute7 as .25) This can be a little confusing and hard to keep track of. The only way you know is if the hour ends up being exact - especially if you're using it for work that you need to work on different clients for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Easy to track where you spent your time!

- I love the timer on it! You can easily start the timer to begin a task and if you need to pause at any point, you can just pause and resume when ready! A great feature of it is if you click out of the timer, it's still running so you didn't lose any data!

- Tracks the date of the tasks so easily so you can see when and what you did on each day!

This a very easy time tracker for large or small businesses! I highly recommend using it if you aren't sure ! One of the options to always consider with this is to make sure you're timing yourself for easy payroll time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can't edit after the day is done. I think it would be nice to go through it after so you can edit anything that you may need to.

The top and bottom sections seem to be very similar so it could be confusing if you're not tech - savy or aren't familiar with tracking your time anywhere.

If you mark something as billable, you have to remember to uncheck it for the next entry -- I've made that mistake many of times where I marked something billable because I didn't unmark it after the previous task! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Minute7 is simple and easy to use. The interfaces are pretty much self explanatory. Minute 7 seems to provide excellent support. The online webpage and phone app make it very simple to add time and other details. The timer is excellent as well as it makes it easy to accurately record my time. The newest online version makes it even easier to add, correct and edit time and other details for my work week.

Minute7 has a lot of flexibility as well, so it's not very rigid as to how time is input.

The drop downs and interfaces make it extremely easy to manage, calculate and get an excellent overview of how time is spent each week. This is an excellent tool for trending how time is spent each week. It's also an excellent tool to trend how time is spent each week on each project and over the lifetime of various projects.

Minute7 also allows us to continually track time on each project. This allows us to ensure we're staying within the budget of each project.

I love that you can navigate through past dates and search keywords. You can also get total hours easily, and by changing the dates you can get a total number of hours to determine how much time you spent on any given project. In the beginning the date function was a little confusing but once you know how to use it, it's fine. I would recommend that instead of just having the beginning date and last date highlighted that you make it so that when you click on the beginning date the calendar pop up from that. It was confusing that when I clicked on the calendar that I had to have the first date hi lighted first. It took me way to long to figure that out. The layout can always be improved, which is true for anything. Just making things easier on the eyes. A more simple layout would benefit something like this. I really like the interface and how intuitive it is. It makes it really easy to log hours and know where you stand in the week.

Setting the ranges for dates shown could be a little easier. Other than that, I can't think of much else to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Minute7 is a web-based tool that is easy to roll out to new users. The new interface has shown improvements that make it easier to enter time on a daily and weekly basis. The product syncs with QuickBooks for easy transfer of time to jobs. All in all the product is very economical to use when considering other similar products or writing and maintaining a home-grown solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The calendar on the new interface can be confusing at times showing too much of a timespan by default. Likewise, you must pay attention when duplicating an entry, or you may end up recording time for an incorrect date. But, that's really a training issue and not the fault of the software. This program is easy to use for both the individual users and the end user. The users time descriptions drop easily into our customer invoices. Various service lines help us manage compensation at different rates for different activities (i.e. billable time versus overhead). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
