What do you like best about Minotaur ERP?

Minotaur's customer service and responsiveness to issues. They answer questions or concerns very quickly. Also, their ability to tailor the system to our needs and size in a rapidly changing environment. The ability to automate several of our processes. What do you dislike about Minotaur ERP?

Reporting can be a little bit complex. There is lots of flexibility to it but understanding how to write reports can be tough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Minotaur ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daily food processing and accounting. We produce, ship and bill 50,000+ lbs a day. Minotaur handles all of the accounting and tractability needed to comply with food processing standards.
