What do you like best about Minotaur ATS?

The team behind it, the customer support team was accommodating with the onboarding, they are always looking for feedback to improve their solution. Very easy-to-use and implement software. It helps me keep my candidates and jobs updated and organized. My team and I use it every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Minotaur ATS?

It is still under development but that is normal. No candidate pool, altho they announced the collaborative version which will have resumes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Minotaur ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?

This applicant tracking system has truly streamlined our entire recruiting process. Its seamless integration with job boards allows it to automatically parse and organize all candidate resumes into one centralized platform. This creates a comprehensive and structured candidate database, making it incredibly easy to manage and track applicants throughout the hiring journey.
