What i like best is the opportunity to send mass texts to different groups at once. I also like that you can create groups based on several options such as age, gender, life group interests etc. I like that I can add pictures to the profile and know who that person is. Those in admin can see which people have been added to the system to keep record of who needs to be called to check up on. You can also send mass emails to groups or single people. I like that it is sort of easy to use when you first need to add a new person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike is that we cannot schedule church volunteers that way and also get reports for weekend services to keep update count of who is attending church regularly, including kids and adults. Also I do not like that in order to create a new family household you have to first create a single profile for each person then add them to the household. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
