What do you like best about Mingle ATS?

I really appreciate how Mingle ATS keeps all candidates in one place and makes recruiting a transparent and easy process. It is very user-friendly and intuitive, which saves us time and allows the team to focus more on candidates. The reporting is great and allows us to generate clear and actionable insights, helping us to quickly identify gaps and make decisions more efficiently.
