What I like best about Mingle ATS is its simplicity and ease of use. What do you dislike about Mingle ATS?

There is not much to dislike about the platform. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the addition of more advanced reporting and analytics features. Mingle ATS helps us centralize and organize our recruitment process in one place. It eliminates the need to manage candidate information across multiple spreadsheets and emails, making collaboration within the team much easier. As a result, we can respond to candidates faster, track hiring progress more effectively, and save valuable time on administrative tasks, allowing us to focus more on finding the right talent.
