"All-in-One PBIS Boost: Passes, Praise, and Guidance at Students’ Fingertips"

What do you like best about Minga?

The all in one place aspect! I love that we house hall passes, praises, and guidances all in one place that's at the students' fingertips! The praise and guidance system was a huge boost to our PBIS system! We had paper guidances for level 1 offenses prior to Minga and going digital on the Minga platform made things so much easier and decreased behaviors! What do you dislike about Minga?

Honestly going into this year, this is a hard question to answer. Prior to this year I would've said that it didn't put students in que for the restroom but that one negative has since been resolved and we're anxious to try out that feature going into this year. What problems is Minga solving and how is that benefiting you?

Behavior. Hall passes. The amount of students in line. Paper "Bulldog Bucks" are no more. Teachers are utilizing the praises more. As I stated prior, we love the all in one place aspect! I love the parent connection Minga makes as well. We have had Minga for a year at the school and we can't wait to dive deeper into it this year. The guidances and parent communication reduced our level one behaviors tremendously. The hall passes limit the amount of students in one place at one time.
