The editing process for adding interactive button and hotspots is simple and intuitive. Once published, we really like that the embedded video plays the beginning of the video on a loop to draw the end user in. The two big selling points for us were that—unlike our previous platform—Mindstamp hosts the video file, so making small tweaks doesn't involve FTPing the whole project to our server every time. Also, we're now getting granular analytics, which we did not have before. Lastly, we really like the pricing. Companies like Vimeo offer similar interactive tools, but only at the enterprise pricing level, which is out of sight for a medium-sized company like ours. **What do you dislike about Mindstamp?** The only "bug" that I've found is very rarely a hotspot will say it's saved and yet it hasn't. You can instantly tell because the project doesn't refresh and you simply do it over again. **What problems is Mindstamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a half dozen "choose your journey" interactive videos on our company website. The main issue was we were not getting analytics from our previous vendor, and so couldn't give our marketing partners accurate information about viewership. The tool itself is easy to learn and allows you to create professional and engaging interactive videos quickly. They have included some very thoughtful features, like the ability to set new brand standards and apply them to any existing videos in your library. However, what has stood out the most has been the excellent customer service we've received. To start, Mindstamp was willing to customize a subscription that met our needs. Then, they made themselves available to support us while we were getting started and helped us see how Mindstamp could meet the needs of our project, even as those needs were evolving. They were receptive to our feedback when we noticed a couple of features that did not work as we would have expected, and what really blew us away was that they implmemented a fix before our project went live.
