The editing process for adding interactive button and hotspots is simple and intuitive. Once published, we really like that the embedded video plays the beginning of the video on a loop to draw the end user in. The two big selling points for us were that—unlike our previous platform—Mindstamp hosts the video file, so making small tweaks doesn't involve FTPing the whole project to our server every time. Also, we're now getting granular analytics, which we did not have before. Lastly, we really like the pricing. Companies like Vimeo offer similar interactive tools, but only at the enterprise pricing level, which is out of sight for a medium-sized company like ours. **What do you dislike about Mindstamp?** The only "bug" that I've found is very rarely a hotspot will say it's saved and yet it hasn't. You can instantly tell because the project doesn't refresh and you simply do it over again. **What problems is Mindstamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a half dozen "choose your journey" interactive videos on our company website. The main issue was we were not getting analytics from our previous vendor, and so couldn't give our marketing partners accurate information about viewership. The tool itself is easy to learn and allows you to create professional and engaging interactive videos quickly. They have included some very thoughtful features, like the ability to set new brand standards and apply them to any existing videos in your library. However, what has stood out the most has been the excellent customer service we've received. To start, Mindstamp was willing to customize a subscription that met our needs. Then, they made themselves available to support us while we were getting started and helped us see how Mindstamp could meet the needs of our project, even as those needs were evolving. They were receptive to our feedback when we noticed a couple of features that did not work as we would have expected, and what really blew us away was that they implmemented a fix before our project went live. Whenever we want to add some sort of interactive elements to our recruiting videos or tour videos, this is used. One of the more helpful things used is to add links to a video to require some sort of action. You can even add questions to some things to collect data or multiple choice questions as well. It also integrates with multiple platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce. **What do you dislike about Mindstamp?** I dont like the overall set up of creating a video. It is hard to follow sometimes and takes a little time to get used to. It also does not allow you to change the color or type of font used on videos to brand with your company. Sometimes it can take a little while to upload a longer video as well and you have to sit around and wait while it uploads rather than get things done right away. **Recommendations to others considering Mindstamp:** If you are looking for a quick way to edit videos and do some basic things than this is a good starter product. Mindstamp does provide some good insight reports such as views and clicks and so forth much like YouTube would do for you. It is very easy to design and share videos to wherever you would like once you publish them. I do like the product overall and once you start using it you really get the hang of things. **What problems is Mindstamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to be able to upload videos on the fly without having to send to an editing team. We use this product for quick videos that dont require a lot of edits and we want to use either on social or link in an email. If a video requires sophisticated edits I would not use this product but for a quick edit then it will give you what you need. I like the feature of transferring data into Salesforce so we can capture leads this way. ### 13.
