What do you like best about Mindrops?

Segment wise product split is the standout thing, residential customer does not have to wade through industrial specs to find what they need. Certification section also came out clean, ISO and NSF badges are placed where people actually notice them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

Content tracking got messy in the middle since we kept sending updated specs and somewhere it became unclear what was final versus pending, cost some rework time that could have been avoided with a clearer process upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mindrops solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pure N Safe had products across five different segments but nothing showing this properly online before the project, our old site was outdated and honestly embarrassing compared to what we actually manufacture. Customers checking us out digitally would not find much, no proper certification display, no real product breakdown, nothing that built confidence before the first call. Mindrops fixed this by building a fresh website structured around our actual segments and product lines, and the work is still continuing since we keep adding new content.
