What do you like best about Mindrops?

Two things stood out for us. Service pages explain our four offerings in very simple words without losing the actual meaning, and the "How We Work" section shows our process in a way that feels genuine, not just decoration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

Sometimes updates on progress did not come on their own, we had to ask what stage things were at. A fixed weekly update, even a short one, would have made it easier to track without following up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mindrops solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before this project, our company had no website at all, which made it hard for new clients and institutions to trust us before the first call itself. In financial services, people want to check you online before doing any business, and we had nothing to show them. Mindrops solved this by building a complete website from scratch, structured properly around our four services, loan, insurance, collection and DSA. The real change is that within around eleven weeks we went from having zero online presence to having a full working website that people actually use to check us out first.
