What do you like best about MindCloud?

MindCloud saves us hours of manual data entry by automatically transferring customer, property, opportunity, and project information between Aspire and Zoho CRM. Its custom field mapping has also helped reduce errors, prevent duplicate records, and identify gaps in our internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindCloud?

There was nothing specifically unhelpful about MindCloud. A few workflows could not be completed, but those limitations were caused by Aspire’s API and the data it makes available—not by MindCloud’s software or team. What problems is MindCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

MindCloud is solving the problem of disconnected software systems and duplicate data entry. Our sales and customer information is managed in Zoho CRM, while our estimating, production, and financial information is managed in Aspire. MindCloud allows information to move automatically between the two platforms instead of requiring employees to manually enter the same customer, property, opportunity, and project details in both systems.

This reduces administrative work, prevents data-entry errors, and gives our sales, operations, and accounting teams access to more consistent and up-to-date information. It also helps us create customized workflows that match our business processes, including determining when records should be created or updated and how information should be matched between systems.
