What do you like best about MindBridge?

I use MindBridge to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of auditing processes, which is valuable when dealing with a large volume of financial records or data. Its detection engine is one of the features I like the most, along with its risk scoring and intuitive visualization dashboards. These features allow me to focus on transactions efficiently by assigning risk scores to transactions based on multiple control points. I also appreciate MindBridge's ability to integrate with existing ERP systems and handle different data formats, making it flexible and scalable across multiple audit engagements. The AI and machine learning capabilities help detect fraud, errors, and control weaknesses early in the audit cycle, which previously were challenging to identify. What do you dislike about MindBridge?

As we are from a non-IT background, we faced issues during the initial setup. There's a learning curve for the audit team who are not familiar with AI-driven tools.
