What do you like best about Mindbody?

For marketing, I've recently learned how to use the Lead Management in conjunction with Attentive to send targeted offers to our new leads. Setting this up has replaced a manual process that is important to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindbody?

It seems that there are multiple layers and can be difficult to find the exact box that needs to be ticked in order to get what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mindbody solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping us attract leads and follow up with them automatically. Initially, we were keeping a spreadsheet of everyone that purchased our Intro package, and then following up with them manually to either remind them to use their classes, or to offer them another package once they completed the intro package. Often people were missed because it was a manual process. With Nayara's help, we've set up some journeys in Attentive to follow up with these leads automatically, saving us time to work on other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
