Mindbody is like a one-stop-shop for my appointment-based business. Scheduling, marketing, accounting, POS, CRM. I like that I don't need many different services to conduct business. It's hard to narrow things down to one thing I like best, but I suppose the user interface for my business as well as the consumer end would be it. There really isn't another platform that matches it in my opinion, and when it comes to UI/UX, if it's not easy and/or pleasing for me, personally, I may not patronize that business. The downside of Mindbody for my business in particular is that I don't have time to master all of the features that the platform has to offer. I'm a small business — like four employees and about 8 independent contractors. The platform is *a lot* to handle, which is overwhelming, but also very exciting and more helpful than a hindrance.
