"Mindbody’s All-in-One Platform Makes Running My Business Easier"

What do you like best about Mindbody?

There are so many things I love about Mindbody! I especially love that it’s an all-in-one platform that makes running my business so much easier. The reporting features, marketing suite, and AI assistant are all incredibly valuable, and I’ve been using the AI assistant a lot lately! I also really appreciate the amazing support I receive from Angela Sarabi. She’s always so helpful and makes my experience with Mindbody even better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindbody?

One thing I find frustrating about Mindbody is that sometimes making a change in one area can unexpectedly affect something else. For example, I once made an adjustment to the website widget, and it caused my class times to display in the wrong time zone. More recently, adding a pricing option for virtual classes created an issue within the app. I wish there were better communication and synchronization between the Mindbody platform, website widgets, and app so that changes could be made more seamlessly without affecting other features. What problems is Mindbody solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest problems Mindbody is solving for me is saving time when I need help or have questions. I absolutely love the AI assistant feature! Instead of having to call support or schedule an appointment, I can simply ask a question and get an answer right away. I would say about 9 out of 10 times, it successfully resolves my issue.
