What do you like best about Mindbody?

The onboarding process has exceeded my expectations! The team, specifically Stephannie and Thaissa, have walked me through every aspect and really gone above and beyond to make sure things are set up and functioning as desired. I also really love the features and consumer end. They are much better than my previous software and I have had several new clients since launching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindbody?

The one downside I have come across is the digital invoice. I have tried to use it several times without success and end up having to get payment over the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mindbody solving and how is that benefiting you?

My previous software was not user-friendly on the consumer side. It was keeping clients away and I didn't even know it. With Mindbody, my old clients are happy and new clients are booking, with much less need for my involvement. I am able to set up very nuanced offers and memberships, special events, and promotions. And I haven't even turned on the automations and AI yet, super excited for how that will free up more time for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
