The purchasing screens for clients need a lot of improvement. We want the experience to be seamless for the consumer, but once someone clicks into Mindbody using our link, it takes the guest to the Mindbody website, where it’s not very clear how to navigate. There are simply too many options on those screens, which makes the process confusing.

Reporting also needs a lot of help. Some reports allow CSV exports, while others allow Excel downloads, and there isn’t one consistent way to pull all the different reports we need. Analytics 2.0 is also very messy, with too much information presented at once.

This may partly be a user training issue, but we need more ways for support and tutorial staff from Mindbody to help us as a business set up the software for the best chance of success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
