What do you like best about MindaClient?

Both the product and the service are excellent. With MindaClient, we're able to manage the entirety of our scholarship programs, from the first enquiry through to their time as an alum. And when we need something tweaked in the system, the team at MindaClient listens to our needs and offers several possible solutions. What do you dislike about MindaClient?

There really isn't anything that we dislike about MindaClient. The closest to dislike would be, for example, a field that is included in the default setup that we don't need or a field that we do need but that isn't there. Yet in a case like this, a simple discussion with MindaClient is all it takes to have the fields customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MindaClient solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our previous system, we only managed our alum data; management of the application and program stages were managed separately, which led to mismatching data and inefficient processing. Now, the entirety of our processes run through MindaClient, making it much easier to manage our applicants, program participants, and alums across departments.
