MindaClient is easy to use for applicants, reviewers, and the programme team. The team at MindaClient is responsive whenever we have questions and is always open to making tweaks to the system when needed. It’s also easy to extract and analyse data, which makes reporting much simpler. Email communications are another strong point - we find that side of the platform very straightforward and easy to use.
