What do you like best about Mimeo?

Mimeo is a wonderful platform that is designed to make the process of building collateral and printing them very easy and self-servicing. What stands out for me and makes my relationship with Mimeo exceptional is the customer service. Having a designated team member to support me with my projects and the entire support team available (at all hours of the day) to help me track packages, deal with design inquiries, etc. is invaluable! What do you dislike about Mimeo?

My only struggle comes with handling materials being sent to some International regions, often materials will get held up at customs and require (sometimes extensive) additional documentation. The Mimeo team is ALWAYS quick to work with me and our recipient to expedite and clear any clogs - it's such a fantastic support system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mimeo solving and how is that benefiting you?

With our virtual events, we are now delivering materials directly to individual's home addresses - this requires uploading address lists and dealing with multiple tracking numbers - Mimeo is extremely supportive and the team has made the entire process much easier than we had initially anticipated.
