"Really good training for non technical users"

What do you like best about Mimecast Security Awareness Training?

I like the that they dont change characters along the series, it really helps users to educate so they dont have to work on that. Very easily conveyable language is used in all videos.

Message is simple to understand. Frequency of these videos is not that much so it annoys the users. It is at bare minimum so so it doesn't disturb user's daily work routine and conveys the message as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mimecast Security Awareness Training?

I dislike the amount of questions asked at the end of video. It shouldn't be just one. There should be atleast three.

And there should be clear explanation of why is a certain answer wrong and why is that correct. There should be a percentage shown of answers relate to user's answers. There shouldn't be right or wrong answer , it should be just like educating users about what to do in situation like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mimecast Security Awareness Training:

Please give it a try if you have staff of non technical users. People tend to understand these videos better as compared to general slides or presentations. questions at the end of videos are really informative and thought provoking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mimecast Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am working in a complete non technical company. Users not a bit tech savy. We have to educate them on small bits of technology as well. This series of training is really helpful on topics of cybersecurity for users. So that they don't become a part of scam, or lose any sort of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
